Do you run a wedding venue in Munich, photograph weddings in Berlin, or organize weddings as a wedding planner anywhere in DACH? On Wedding.one you can list your profile for free and receive qualified inquiries directly from couples — no lead fees, no pay-to-rank, no contract terms.

In this post we explain who can list, how it works, what it costs (spoiler: nothing) and why our FairRank system sets us apart from classic wedding portals.

Who should list on Wedding.one?

We currently accept wedding professionals in the following categories:

• Wedding venues — castles, hotels, event spaces, beer gardens, beach venues, mountain lodges, ships, courtyards, special venues
• Catering & beverage — from full-service catering to cocktail bars and mobile bars
• Photo & video — wedding photographers, videographers, photo/video teams
• Music & entertainment — DJs, bands, solo musicians, hosts & MCs
• Florists & decor — wedding florists, wedding decorators
• Beauty — hair stylists, make-up artists, stylists (mobile too)
• Wedding planners — full-service and partial planners
• Jewelry — wedding ring specialists, bridal jewelry

We’re active in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and expanding into other European markets. If your region isn’t represented yet — sign up anyway, you’ll be the first in your city.

How it works in 3 steps

1. Sign up (2 minutes)

Go to wedding.one/for-vendors and create an account with your business email. No credit card, no contract.

2. Fill out your profile (15–30 minutes)

Upload your best photos, describe your service, define your service area, set price ranges (you can also choose “On request”) and pick the right categories.

3. Receive inquiries

Once your profile is live, couples find you through search, on category pages and in our city overviews. Inquiries arrive directly in your email — no platform middleman, no per-click pricing.

What does a listing cost?

Right now: nothing.

Wedding.one is free for all vendors during the MVP phase. There is:

• No monthly fee
• No lead fee per inquiry
• No commission on bookings
• No contract term

We’re currently developing premium features (extended profiles, lead-inbox tools, analytics, AI reply assistant) that will be optional and paid later. But: ranking boosts will never be for sale.

FairRank: why we are not pay-to-rank

Classic wedding portals let vendors pay for higher placement. That distorts search results and hurts both couples (they don’t see the best vendors, they see the ones with the biggest budget) and honest vendors (who get buried below ad slots).

We do it differently. Our FairRank algorithm sorts profiles by transparent quality signals:

• Profile completeness (photos, description, prices, service area)
• Freshness (regular updates)
• Response behavior (in development — vendors who reply quickly and completely get rewarded)
• Review signals (verified reviews, in development)

What will never be part of FairRank: ads, paid placement, sponsored listings. Premium packages get you better tools — not a better position.

What kind of inquiries do you receive?

When a couple contacts your profile via Wedding.one, you receive a complete inquiry by email with:

• Name and contact details
• Wedding date (if known)
• Event location
• Estimated guest count
• Estimated budget
• Category / service of interest
• Personal message from the couple

You reply directly by email — no platform inbox, no delay. We are working on a Smart Reply assistant and a vendor inbox as a premium feature, but the direct-email path stays available always.

What you need to sign up

• Business email address
• Business name and short description
• At least 5 high-quality photos of your work or venue (better photos = higher FairRank position)
• Service area (city, region, country — or several)
• Price range (minimum and maximum, or on request)
• Category and subtype (e.g. wedding vendor → caterer)
• Optional but recommended: VAT ID, website, social-media links, references

Pro tip: profiles with real photos of your work (not stock images) rank better and convert more inquiries.

Common concerns

Will my email get flooded with spam inquiries?

No. We filter bot inquiries automatically and use Cloudflare Turnstile on every inquiry form. Plus: every inquiry includes wedding date, location and budget — spammers do not supply that.

What happens to my data?

Your public profile data (name, description, photos) is visible. Your contact email only goes to people who send you a real inquiry. No email sales, no forced newsletter.

What if my competition in the same city is already listed?

Good — that means couples are already searching for you. FairRank sorts by quality, not by signup order. A more complete and up-to-date profile ranks higher — whether you joined yesterday or 6 months ago.

How do I deactivate again?

Deactivate your profile with one click in the dashboard. Delete your profile by emailing us. No contract term, no notice period.
