Pricing Policy

1. Overview

Wedding.One is free to use. Some optional features — for example, downloading a clean, watermark-free version of content you create with our AI tools — are paid. This Pricing Policy explains how prices, currencies, taxes and payments work for those paid features.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments on Wedding.One are processed by Stripe acting as the Merchant of Record. This means your purchase contract for the paid feature is concluded with the Stripe entity named on your receipt (Stripe Payments Company or Stripe Technology Europe, Limited), and Stripe handles payment processing, billing, invoicing and the calculation and remittance of VAT and sales tax on our behalf. At checkout and on your receipt the purchase appears as “Sold through Link”, and your card statement will show LINK.COM*. Wedding.One is the supplier of the digital product.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

  • The price you pay is always the price shown at checkout, in the currency presented to you for your location.
  • Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax for your jurisdiction, which Stripe calculates and collects.
  • Prices are set in euro. If you are outside the eurozone, the amount may be converted and presented in your local currency at checkout.
  • Payment is taken as a single, one-time charge. We do not store your card details.

4. What you are purchasing

Paid features on Wedding.One are sold as one-time digital purchases. A purchase permanently unlocks the clean, watermark-free file of one item you have generated — for example the print-ready PDF of a wedding invitation. Each purchase:

  • is a single charge, not a subscription — nothing recurring is charged;
  • covers the specific item you generated, exactly as it looked at checkout;
  • gives you a permanent download link, so you can fetch the file again at any time.

The free version of each tool stays free. You are only ever paying for the finished file, never for access to the tool itself.

5. Changes to pricing

We may change prices or currencies at any time. Changes never affect a purchase you have already completed, and any file you have already bought stays available to download.
