1. Introduction
1.1 Wedding.one (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a digital one-stop marketplace (“Platform”) for wedding-related services (“Services”) that allows users (“Members”) to publish, offer, and search for services.
1.2 Members who create listings (“Listings”) and offer services are “Service Providers”.
1.3 Members who search and use services are “Engaged”.
2. General Terms
2.1 Use of Services
a) These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our Service and apply to all our websites, applications, or offerings.
b) By using our Services, you confirm your agreement to the Terms.
2.2 Summary of the Terms
a) Follow Laws and Regulations: Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and do not infringe on others' rights.
b) Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account and notify us of any unauthorized use.
c) Accurate Listings: Ensure your Platform Listings are truthful and not misleading.
d) Content Rights: Grant Wedding.one a license to use your Content for Platform operation and promotion.
e) Avoid Prohibited Activities: Do not misuse the Platform, including spamming, using bots, or spreading malware.
f) Platform Changes: Acknowledge that Wedding.one may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Eligibility and Registration
a) To use the full range of Services, Users may register with Wedding.one.
b) Registration is only permitted for legal entities and natural persons at least 18 years of age.
3.2 Legal Name Requirement
a) Members must register and maintain their account using their full legal name, as it appears on official identification documents.
b) The use of false names, nicknames, aliases, or pseudonyms is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Account Information and Security
a) Members must ensure that all information provided for their account is truthful, not misleading, accurate, current, and complete.
b) Accounts must not be transferred, shared, or accessed by any third party.
c) Members must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and notify us immediately if any unauthorized use is suspected.
3.4 Restrictions
a) You may not use our Services if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for violations of our Terms.
b) You may not use our Services if you are not permitted to receive them under applicable law in your country.
4. Creation and Updating of Listings (Service Providers)
4.1 Listing Creation
a) As a registered Service Provider, you may create Listings showcasing your wedding-related Services.
b) These Listings provide Engaged users with essential information about your offerings.
4.2 Detailed Descriptions
a) Provide detailed and accurate descriptions of your Services, including the type of Service (e.g., venue, catering, photography), unique features, amenities, and applicable Terms.
4.3 High-Quality Visuals
a) Include high-quality visuals such as photos or videos to enhance your Listings and help engaged couples make informed decisions.
4.4 Compliance with Guidelines
a) All Listings must comply with Wedding.one’s guidelines and policies.
b) This includes adhering to Content standards, avoiding misleading information, and ensuring your Services align with the Platform’s purpose.
4.5 Regular Updates
a) Keep your Listings up to date with accurate information.
b) Regularly review and revise your Listing to reflect any changes or improvements.
5. Content
5.1 Member Responsibility
a) Members are solely responsible for the content (“Content”) they provide via the Platform, including text, photos, videos, and audio.
5.2 Content Requirements
Members must ensure that Content:
a) Does not violate any intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
b) Is not fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
c) Is not used for advertising, spamming, or any purpose other than intended use on Wedding.one.
d) Does not display confidential or private information of a third party.
e) Is not discriminatory, harassing, or trolling.
f) Does not depict violence or explicit material.
g) Does not impersonate another person or entity.
5.3 License to Use Content
a) Wedding.one does not claim ownership of Content posted by Members.
b) By posting Content, Members grant Wedding.one a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Services.
6. Reporting of Harmful Content
6.1 If you believe a Member or Listing poses imminent harm, contact local authorities first.
6.2 For violations of our Standards, report concerns to Wedding.one at support@wedding.one.
7. Termination
7.1 By Wedding.one
a) Wedding.one may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms.
b) Termination may result in loss of access to your account and Content.
7.2 By User
a) You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the termination option on the Platform.
7.3 Effect of Termination
a) Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you cease immediately.
b) Certain provisions, including Content and Disclaimer, will survive termination.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership of Technology
a) Wedding.one retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the technology and software used to provide the Platform.
b) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
8.2 Trademarks
a) “Wedding.one,” the logo, and related names are trademarks of Wedding.one.
b) You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.
8.3 User-Requested Features
a) Suggestions or feedback from users that lead to improvements become the property of Wedding.one.
b) You waive any claims to ownership or compensation for such contributions.
8.4 Use of Content
a) All Content on the Platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b) You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any Content without prior written consent.
8.5 Notification of Infringement
a) If you believe your copyright or IP rights have been infringed, notify us at support@wedding.one.
9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1 Service Listings and Information Accuracy
a) Wedding.one does not own or control Listings created by Service Providers.
b) Service Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of their Listings.
9.2 Non-Brokerage Role
a) Wedding.one acts solely as a Platform and not as an agent, broker, or intermediary.
b) We provide a space for Service Providers and users to connect.
9.3 Liability Disclaimer
a) Wedding.one disclaims all liability for transactions, interactions, or disputes between users and Services.
b) Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Adjustment of the Terms of Use
10.1 Right to Modify Terms
a) Wedding.one reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Platform.
10.2 Notification of Changes
a) It is your responsibility to check this page for updates.
b) Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10.3 Effective Date
a) Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
b) Substantive changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when feasible.
10.4 Your Acceptance Required
a) If you disagree with revised Terms, you may terminate your account.
b) Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
a) Use the Services for any illegal purpose.
b) Post or share unlawful, harmful, or obscene Content.
c) Impersonate any person or entity.
d) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or connected networks.
11.2 Survival
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
